National REIA is committed to the practice of Fair Housing. Although many of the Fair Housing regulations are common sense, some need a little explanation. You may be violating Fair Housing practices without realizing what you are doing adversely impacts the applicant or resident. Our attorney, Jeff Greenberger of Katz, Greenberger and Norton in Cincinnati, walks you through the concepts of Fair Housing, how they apply to you and your properties, and how you can stay in compliance with the law.

Jeffrey J. Greenberger was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. Jeffrey received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Miami University in 1989 and his law degree from the University of Dayton in 1992. Jeffrey was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1992 and the Kentucky Bar in 1993, and has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the Eastern District of Kentucky.
